Durham police body camera pilot gets the green light

The issue of body worn cameras (BWC) by police officers has been a hot topic in cities across the province. Here in Durham, it's no different. 

So, when the police released their in-depth analysis of the costs, reasons, benefits and downfalls of pursuing such technology, I made a serious effort to condense it down and simplify it for readers. 

I'm pretty happy with the final product.
