Containing contamination

When a new development began to spring up in Oshawa's downtown, the condos and apartments were being marketed heavily to prospective tenants. However, a big part of the story was being left out, and that was what still lingers in the ground beneath the site and surrounding areas. My research turned up a fairly intricate system designed to not only try and eliminate contaminants in the soil, but keep them from migrating to other areas in the downtown.
