Tracking the changing face of child predators

"In 2002, for the first time, the Criminal Code of Canada addressed online luring of those under 18 for sexual purposes, and since then, police services have been trying to keep up with how to address this growing issue."

I had the rare opportunity meet with a Durham Regional Police investigator to talk about the police force's efforts to combat those preying on children over the Internet. The ICE Unit (Internet Child Exploitation) is one of the tougher gigs for a police office, usually causing them to work 24/7 maintain several identities online. 

This story is an in-depth look at the job as well as how police are attempting to tackle the growing problem.
